While the Hornets Premiers have earned the right to a week off, we managed to catch up with Brad Austin after a solid training session. Read what he had to say in response to our 21 questions:

Mokhinui (on the West Coast)

4.       What do you like to do to relax?

Kicking back and watching some footy!

Fully cooked breakfasts!

Carpenter

7.       What is the best compliment you have ever received?

That I am faster than Shannon Knight! Haha

8.       What is your favourite thing about Rugby League?

Winning games with your team mates!

9.       If you weren’t playing Rugby League, what sport would you play?

Tennis

I don’t know…I guess my parents, since I have been playing since I was 4 years old.

17 years (with one season in Australia)

12.   How many years have you played Premiers?

Four years

Hooker or Halfback

14.   What position would you like to play?

Fullback

15.   Who is the “dark-horse” for the Hornets this season?

He’s not a dark horse any more…but Mr Rowan Swain

Even though he has missed a few games over the season, would have to be Jordan Kane!

First of course!
