  7. Are you a fan of the proposed new NZ flag or the current NZ flag?  Not bothered to be honest and the cost of the exercise is a waste of money.
  8. What is the best compliment you have ever received?  What lovely white teeth you have……my teeth standout a lot more due to my darkish complexion
  9. What is your favourite thing about Rugby League?  Competing
  10. If you weren’t playing Rugby League, what sport would you play?  Mixed Martial Arts
  11. Who introduced you to the Hornets?  Not sure if it was my Dad or our local Police constable

  13. How many years did you play Premiers?  Around 7 years
  14. What position did you play?  Hooker, Prop, Second Row and Loose Forward
  15. What is your best Hornet memory/achievement?  Coaching the 2011 and 2012 Premier Reserves team.  They won the comp both years and went undefeated.  It certainly was a dream run by a dedicated group of young men.
  16. Who is the “dark horse” for the Hornets this season?  Hmmmm…….hard to say this early in the season, I guess you’ll just have to come and support the team and decide for yourself
  17. Who do you think will win the Premiers Player of the Year Award in 2016?  A number of our senior and 18’s look sharp and anyone of them could receive the award.  I’m sure whoever wins the award will absolutely deserve it.
  18. Who do you think will win the 2016 CRL Grand Final?  Who will win is a long way off.  I’d prefer to focus on the HORNETS finishing the season in the top 4.  From there it’s a matter of taking it game by game.  HORNETS of course!!!!

  20. Who do you think will win State of Origin in 2016?  QUEENSLAND!!
  21. Final word, what piece of advice would you give to young Hornets who want to play Premiers one day? Train hard and be prepared to do anything to achieve your goals.  There will be set backs along the way but none bigger than the pain of regret.
