Any items for the AGM agenda, including Constitution remits, Life Membership nominations and citations, and General Business should be forwarded to Michelle Harding (Secretary) at least 14 clear days prior the AGM.

Life Membership nominations must be made by a financial member of the club and will be considered by the committee prior to the AGM.
Any resulting recommendations for awards will be made at the AGM.
All committee positions are open for nominations.

This is a great opportunity to participate in Halswell RLFC activities
Any voting taking place at the AGM is open to financial club members only
An agenda will be circulated 7 days prior to the AGM meeting
