Rugby League is back!

Tomorrow our two senior teams take the field for their first round of the Bartercard Premier and ISC Canterbury Cup season.

Our players have been working hard over the off season and have showed their dedication in the preseason games.

Our Premier coaching staff and a change at the start of this year. Jason Martin stepped down to spend time with his family as the welcomed their new addition to their family Jaxon born last week. Congratulations Jason and Krystal.

The task to find a new coach was our next challenge. An opportunity for us to find a coach was upon us when former clubman Walter Wilson was returning home after a successful period at the Ryde Eastwood Eagles. Walter has been on board continuing Jason’s work from last year building into this season. Walter and Sam Kelso have been working hard in the preseason conditioning our players.

Our premier team has had a familiar face return to our team. Toi Sepuloni returns after assisting Linwood Keas to their recent Premierships final wins. He returns with experience and knowledge of the game which he is sharing to our younger players coming through. Toi has been named as our Premier Captain.
