Halswell Hornets Rugby League Club Inc

The HRLFC is calling on all members and friends to assist in creating a committee for the annual luncheon.

In recent weeks we have seen the closure of both the main clubrooms and the weights room.

It is imperative for the clubs future that we get the money required to get these builds repaired and back open – ASAP.

As a club we need the 2015 luncheon to be bigger and better than ever before. We have managed to secure the guest speaker role and now need your help to make a committee to help organise the event.

You don’t need to be a club member, or committee member. We want enthusiastic and energetic people to help plan and run the event.

The  level of commitment required isn’t huge, you just need to attend the meetings, be constructive and willing to help. This will be meeting semi-regularly between now and the event on August 28.

We have secured the services of Tony Russell, an event specialist, who can make this event go better than ever. He will also provide direction and support to those who are new to planning events.
